Two days before Christmas, "Sons of Anarchy" fans went crazy on Facebook thanks to Empire News' article, "Kurt Sutter Announces Plans For 'Sons Of Anarchy' Movie Starring Charlie Hunnam, Brad Pitt." The news went viral with thousands of fans reacting about Pitt's involvement on the show's upcoming movie.

"Hope this is fake," one fan reacts on the website's fake news. "Not sure I like Brad Pitt as John Teller. I don't want to look at the screen and feel it's another Hollywood movie. Should get lost in the story just like on TV and may not happen when seeing Brad Pitt. Should get a little known actor for the role to create the character rather than buy one."

One fan believed that the "Fury" actor is a big mistake to play John Teller while others are keen for Sam Elliot to play the SAMCRO's founder. But one fan on Twitter got really excited about the news of Pitt joining the biker gang as the fake SOA movie "will take place from the day Jax was born, and leads up to the era just before "Sons of Anarchy" began as a series."

The satire news had many people fooled as it claims to have one of Hollywood's biggest stars to play JT but Examiner confirmed on Dec. 24 that the "Sons of Anarchy" movie is a big hoax. The FX biker drama series ended its seven-year run on Dec. 9 with show's anti-hero Jax Teller meeting his own fate on the same place where his father died.

Meanwhile, series creator Kurt Sutter pokes fun at the rumours on Twitter and even took some time to name a few comedians as a new cast members for the movie. He twitted Carrot Top (Scott Thompson) as Jax Teller, Don Rickles as Clay Morrow and the icing of the cake, Sarah Silverman as Tara Knowles.

Sutter is currently working on his new project with FX, "The Bastard Executioner," which is likely slated for a fall 2015 premiere. The medieval show tells a story about a night under King Edward II who vows not to use his sword but violence finds him again and one again he picks up the deadliest sword of all.
