Earlier this month, an unfortunate news took "Sons of Anarchy" fans by storm when lead actor Charlie Hunnam was pronounced dead by Internet death hoax stories. The 34-year-old actor who is known for his role as SAMCRO's President Jax Teller claimed the fake story is not funny at all and some of his friends freaked out about the news.

According to TMZ, the "Sons of Anarchy" star he isn't happy with the people who fake killed him on the Net and the whole episode is in a "really bad form." The "Crimson Peak" actor even revealed that some of his friends called him to confirm about the news only to find out he is the newest victim of an Internet death hoax.

The death hoax reads: "Rumors of the actor's alleged demise gained traction on Friday after a 'R.I.P. Charlie Hunnam' Facebook page attracted nearly one million of 'likes'. Those who read the 'About' page were given a believable account of the English actor's passing:"

"At about 11 a.m. ET on Saturday (June 28, 2014), our beloved actor Charlie Hunnam passed away. Charlie Hunnam was born on April 10, 1980 in Newcastle upon Tyne. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page."

Hundreds of "SOA" fans immediately started sending their condolences on the actor's fake passing and, as predicted, Twitter went on a frenzy over the death hoax. "He joins the long list of celebrities who have been victimized by this hoax. He's still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet," one of actor's representative clarified the news posted on the same Web site.

Currently filming the FX biker drama series, Hunnam will reprise his role as Jax and was spotted recently donning an orange jumpsuit for the show's seventh and final season. Based on the cast selfies posted on Twitter, the leather-wearing gang is having a blast while filming the "SOA" season 7 premiere and will leave no stone or skull unturned for the show's last hurrah.

"Sons of Anarchy" season 7 will return to FX in September.
