Kate Middleton's grey hair is troubling her fans more than anything else. Ever since the Duchess appeared with a few strands of grey hair sometime back, the moment was considered a Royal Horror and the new mommy to Prince George was ridiculed for stepping out like a commoner.

However, it looks like that the 31-year-old has taken the media advice albeit seriously and has covered her luscious locks in shades of dark brown, which suits her personality and even goes with her skin tone. The Duchess even got a trim and her hair looked more than perfect and glossy as she attended the Sports Aid's annual gala dinner Sports Ball in London on Thursday evening.

The Duchess gorgeous in a black net dress by designer Alice Temperley which she paired with her Jimmy Choo shoes at the London event. The ever smiling Kate completed the look with a red Alexander McQueen clutch and silver arm band on her right wrist. However, the highlight of the event were Kate's glossy hair which looked absolutely shiny and healthy as compared to the dull and faded look they had in her previous public appearances.

At a recent Poppy Appeal event in London, Kate Middleton showed few strands of grey hair and looked every inch like a new mother who could not find time for herself after her baby boy was born. She also experimented last time with a centre partition, which did not go too well with her face cut.

Looks like Kate has adjusted to motherhood now (or got a better nanny to take care of Prince George?) as she took time to get herself a makeover of her much talked about hair. Other reason for Kate not dying or colouring her hair could be that she was exclusively breast feeding little George and avoided undergoing any chemical treatments during that time.

According to The Mirror, the duchess had a dinner with many sport persons including Olympic gold-medallist rower Anna Watkins. Check out her picture in the slideshow above.
