Love pizza? So does Beyonce as she eats them practically every Sunday. The difference is, there isn’t any growing tire in the singer’s belly unlike most who splurge on pizza for dinner. Beyonce reveals her work-out and diet secrets to stay fit, as she flaunts her toned body on the cover of Shape magazine. Read on to find out how she does it.

In an interview for the Shape magazine, the R&B singer generously shared her secret diet to keep her stunning hot bikini body.

“I always have breakfast, say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated," the 31-year-old mother of Blue Ivy said.

The singer could never look more fit when she wowed everyone on the 2013 Super Bowl held in February. And Jay-Z’s wife is not afraid to admit that keeping that hot bikini body is not easy, especially after giving birth to Blue Ivy.

"I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again!" Beyonce was quoted as telling Shape by The Huffiington Post..

She added, ““I ate a very low-calorie diet. I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, replaced pasta and rice with quinoa.”

The Shape magazine featuring Beyonce is set to hit the market on April 1, 2013. Until then, check out the photos of Beyonce’s sizzling bikini body.
