"Transformers" star Shia LeBeouf finally shook off his mediocre image and stepped into his artistic side when he went naked all the way in Sigur Ros' music video.

The actor danced and acted in the eight-minute music video with actress Denna Thomsen. In the music video, the two narrates a story of lovers who woke up feeling sorry for each other and still passionately inlove but in the end fight and hurt each other and repeating the process the next day.

Quickly after the release of the music video Monday night, Shia became trending in Twitter. Eager fans finally saw all of his manhood.

But the band's bass player Georg Holm is bemused by the attention and claims the video is not at al shocking to them because they are used to getting naked. "Icelandic people are not prudish about people being naked," he told TMZ.

The guitarist admitted initially he wasn't sure what to make of it. "At first I didn't know what to make of the video, because it is so full of ideas and confusion. Now I love it. It seems to have no beginning and no end, and just makes you think about what might and might not be going on," Georg added.

The video, directed by acclaimed filmaker Alma Har'el contains shots of the couple lying in bed, swapping clothes, dancing and fighting together and sucking on lollipops.

Although this is the first for Shia LeBeouf, there are other celebrities who did frontal nudity. Most of them made a fuss since being naked is still a taboo for some respectable actors. Michael Fassbender is one of the male celebrities that is known for stripping it in front of the camera.

George Clooney even made a joke about the length of Michael Fassbender's penis.
