Selena Gomez is growing pretty fast and she's unfolding her innate beauty right in front of the media's eyes. Despite a pretty hectic schedule with filming and recording plus an equally busy boyfriend on the side, Selena still manages to look effortlessly chic as ever. In Selena's shoot with Teen Vogue, the 20-year old is looking even more ravishing than ever.
Turning 20 just a week ago, the pretty brunette celebrated it with a bang on the Teen Choice Awards. However, Selena's perfect "Boyfriend", Justin Bieber, had even more special things planned out that night. Selena is indeed one lucky girl but being equally talented and pretty, she and Justin pretty much balance each other out.
So what is keeping the former Disney princess busy now that she's off Disney Channel? Well, Selena has finished filming three films this year which are "Spring Breakers", "Hotel Transylvania" and "The Getaway". Gomez is set to star in yet another film titled "Feed the Dogs".
Rumor has it Selena is also set to play the lead role in Jay Asher's best-selling novel, "13 Reasons Why". Selena's film roles are becoming more mature by the minute, so the question is why the change in roles?
"Monte Carlo was a good step for me at the time, but I would never want to do something like that again.. Being part of the Disney Channel was such a blessing, and I'm super happy with what my show accomplished, but acting is something I would like to take on more seriously. I don't necessarily feel accomplished. I want to create a whole different persona when it comes to acting," said Selena.
Movies aren't the only things keeping Selena Gomez busy. Despite announcing at the beginning of the year that Selena would be taking a break from the music industry, the 20-year old is set to release two new albums this year. Like Justin Bieber, Selena is one busy bee. What should fans expect out of Selena's next album?
"It's going to be different, a little older but still really fun.. Who I would die to work with, but I don't think he ever would, I don't even think he's doing music anymore is Justin Timberlake. Just 'cause I love his music sooo much," explained Selena.
As for being known as the luckiest girl on the planet, what exactly does Selena have to say about her relationship with the Bieber?
"It's really fun. I'm lucky. I'm 20. I don't take anything in my personal life too seriously. I have great friends and a solid group of people I love. I feel like everything else will come organically," said Selena.
