Selena Gomez Speaks Up on Justin Bieber Split Onstage: "It's been weird and sad and cool" [PHOTOS]
Selena Gomez dishes out her feelings towards her recent break-up with Justin Bieber in a performance and she says it has been a whirlwind of emotions.
While onstage for a private UNICEF concert, the "Love You Like A Love Song" singer speaks that she has been through a lot lately, and has faced many controversies involving her break-up with fellow singer, Justin Bieber.
"I've been through a lot the past few months. It's been weird and sad and cool," she told the crowd before introducing an acoustic cover of Justin Timberlake's scorned lover's anthem "Cry Me a River." "This song definitely speaks to me." said Gomez during the performance as reported by US Weekly.
Gomez could have been referring to an entirely different thing, but an insider backstage revealed that it was indeed the break-up with Justin that egged Gomez to say those things.
"Weird, sad, and cool" are accurate adjectives to describe Selena's past weeks, especially when one looks back at her Golden Globes after party experiences and how she plans to do her next album.
Aside from getting cozy with Hunger Games star, Josh Hutcherson, Gomez was seen talking intimately with one Aussie blonde actor, Luke Bracey during a Golden Globe after party. Gomez was also seen chatting with Barbara Palvin, the model who was allegedly the reason for Gomez and Bieber's split.
Doing the "revenge moves" on Bieber does not stop there. It was reported that Selena will follow the footsteps of her bestfriend, Taylor Swift, on writing about the missteps of an ex-lover in her songs. Dutifully dubbed as her "revenge record," a friend reveals that Gomez can't wait to exploit how
"bad and awful" Justin has been treating her on the verge of their break-up.
Should Selena move on and leave the Justin issue behind, or does she have every right to use it to propel her fame?
