Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez create a perfect picture of young true love. But the recent behaviour Justin has had in recent weeks did not escape the Spring Breakers star, and the young starlet draws out strict conditions Bieber should adhere to if he wants to keep the former Disney talent.

Jelena has been on and off since they dated in 2011. TMZ’s latest report claimed that Justin and Selena are back together when the Canadian singer posted a picture of him and the Monte Carlo actress after they went on a July 4th holiday together.

The Jelena reunion came after bouts of Justin’s unruly behavior made the headlines recently. A source was quoted as saying by the Belfast Telegraph UK that Justin begged his way to Selena and vowed not to disappoint her again.

The source said, "He has sworn if she gives him one last chance he won't let her down."

Selena’s soft spot for Justin won but she made sure he will be in his best behavior by outlining things that he made him promise will not happen again.

Here are the strict conditions Selena made Justin swear he will not do again:

1. There will be no “urinating in public” again.
Selena was reportedly disgusted to hear her beau display such an unruly behavior, and she made sure it’s on top of her list.

It will be recalled that Justin was seen in a video urinating into a cleaning equipment at a New York club kitchen, making it worse by spraying a picture of former U.S. President Bill Clinton with detergent and said: "F**k Bill Clinton."

"Selena was disgusted when she heard what he did in the club," a source reportedly told British magazine Star, said Belfast Telegraph UK.

2. Justin must avoid speeding.
Justin loves to speed driving in his Ferrari and for his safety and for the safety of those around him, Selena asked Justin to go easy on his wheels.

3. Justin must avoid turning up late to concert
Even rock icon and popular singer Jon Bon Jovi complained and was reportedly unhappy with Justin arriving late in his concerts. In a recent interview with London Evening Standard, Bon Jovi gave Justin advice not too take his fans for granted if he is in it for a long haul.

'Every generation has guys that do that, none of that is new,' Jon was quoted as telling London Evening Standard by the Daily Mail, adding, “They run the risk of disrespecting their audience members who have worked hard to pay for their ticket, to give you the permission to take two or three hours of their lives — or in that kid’s case, 80 minutes of their lives.”

While loyal fans, like what Bieber may have since he began propelling to international superstardom, may be understanding in the beginning, the pop sensation cannot be certain how long their patience will last.

Jon Bon Jovi said, “Do it once, you can be forgiven. Do it enough times and shame on you. They won’t have you back. Then it just becomes a cliché. It’s really not cool — you’re an a**hole. Go to f***in’ work!”

And Selena knows this. The source who talked to Star noted that Selena included “not coming to concert late” in the list.

4. Justin must let go of marijuana and start being nice to people.

5. Justin must not argue with paparazzis.
In recent years, Justin has had squabbles with the paps. And Selena doesn’t want any more of it.

The source continued, "Selena has told Justin that the speeding, turning up late [to concerts] and arguing with paps all have to end if they are going to work."
