She only restricts herself from refined carbs, such as white bread and pasta, as well as strives to constantly stick to a sensible portion size. In the weekly column assigned to her, she shared the workout routine she religiously follows five times a week. Kate Middleton’s younger sister gives all the credit of her perfect bum and slender figure to a set of four exercises, which she does for two minutes each. The four wonder workout steps are mentioned below: 1. Ladders: Do the on the spot jogging by lifting each knee and raising the opposite arm simultaneously. 2. Wall Push: Stand facing the wall and keep palms on it at shoulder level. Bend the elbows to bring the face near the wall and back. 3. Pile Squat: Stand with feet apart and squat as low as possible. 4. Classic Plank: In push up position, rest on forearms and work on abs. Her workout routine is quite simple and can be done at home without any training kit or gym equipment. Each exercise step needs to be done for two minutes while taking a 30-second break in-between.
