The 21st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards is set to take place on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015 at the Shrine Exposition Centre in Los Angeles, California. The red carpet show will begin at 3 p.m. local time (Pacific), and the main event will begin at 5 p.m. PT. The details of worldwide event telecast and live streaming information is listed below.

The event will be simulcast live on television in the United States by TNT and TBS. Live streaming will be available starting 3 p.m.via the event’s official website: www.sagawards.org. The broadcast will begin from the red carpet arrivals all the way to the main show.

Meanwhile, viewers from outside the U.S. who do not have access to TNT or TBS networks can refer to a list of partner broadcasters as listed in the official website. The notable broadcast partners include E! Entertainment Channel for Australia and New Zealand and FOX International Channels for the entire Southeast Asian Region. Meanwhile, other parts of the globe may tune in to other partners such as Turner Broadcasting, which handles Latin America and parts of Europe.

The SAG Award is given away by the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). It is an annual awards show that recognises outstanding work in the movie industry as well as in primetime television programs. The statuette that is given out is called “The Actor.” The nude male figure holds a mask of comedy and tragedy on each hand.

This year will be the 21st edition of the SAG Awards. It is one of the major Hollywood awards, which includes the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards or "Oscars," that are given out during awards season. One committee each for film and television submit their nominations for each of the categories.

There are six categories for film and nine categories for television that are to be given out in this year’s event. Furthermore, an accolade for “Lifetime Achievement” is given out each year. This year’s recipient is Ms. Debbie Reynolds, described as an actor, singer, dancer and author in the SAG TNT website. She has been in show business for 66 years.
