Michele, 29, revealed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly (EW) on the New Orleans set of “Scream Queens” that she trusted series creator Ryan Murphy when it comes to creating a new character for her. Michele shared that starring as Hester “Neckbrace” Ulrich in the new horror-comedy series is an incredible opportunity for her to show the fans a different side after portraying Rachel Berry in “Glee.”

Michele also admitted that she enjoys working on a physical comedy because she never had the opportunity to do that in “Glee.” After having her moment in “Glee,” Michele now wants to portray a supporting character but still gets noticed for the things that her character does.

“This is an incredible supporting role that I think is exactly what I’m craving right now,” Michele said in the EW interview. EW teased that Michele’s “Scream Queens” character will have a makeover in the third episode titled “Chainsaw.”

However, Michele revealed to EW that Hester’s neckbrace will still return because it has an important role and the viewers will find about it soon. When asked about Hester’s storyline in the FOX TV series, Michele teased that “Girl Power” will be a very strong and great storyline in the upcoming episodes.

“I think that it’s all about the girls here, which is why I think that the killer is a girl and it’s why I think that the hero is a girl,” Michele told EW. Michele further shared that “Scream Queens” co-star Billie Lourd, who portrays Chanel #3, thinks she is the Red Devil killer in the show.

“Everyone thinks it’s me right now. I sometimes think it’s me,” Michele admitted. Meanwhile, ExtraTV reports that Michele has rocked several sexy outfits while promoting “Scream Queens.”

The outfits include an orange leather dress with a plunging V-neck while appearing on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and a black, skin-baring David Koma dress during the “Scream Queens” premiere at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre.
