“Scorpion” season 3 episode 12 will hit the airwaves on Jan.2. Instead of airing it on Monday, the show will be delayed for about two weeks. The reason why it was not aired on time was not publicly announced. To cover up episode 12, what they did was they aired a rerun of the episode titled "Fish Filet." It was the third episode of season 2.

Episode 12 will be entitled “Ice Ca-Cabes.” The drama and suspense will indeed continue in the said episode since Cabe (Robert Patrick) will be wounded. The team will be forced to freeze his body alive to prevent him from dying. This means that Cabe will be in a lot of adventure and life-threatening trouble.

CBS people have revealed the episode listing and synopsis stating: “When a mission in the desert results in exploding shrapnel that seriously wounds Cabe, Team Scorpion must freeze his body in order to save his life.” One of the interesting scenes of the upcoming episode is set in a desert, where the team finds itself while on a mission. In the desert, there will be shrapnels of a bomb or a grenade exploding, spreading deadly flying metals everywhere. These will get Cabe injured.

After seeing Cabe, the team will come up with some unorthodox method to save his life. They will decide to freeze him so that the damage on his body will be healed.

The episode will run for about 45 minutes. It is written by the team of David Foster and Nick Santora and it will be directed by Jeff T. Thomas.

The show is aired every Monday at 9PM in Australia on Network Ten.
