Scarlett Johansson says that filming sex scenes is a "liberating" experience. The 30-year-old actress, who has recently become a mother, says that you have to put aside your "judgement" while acting out a passionate scene, in front of the camera.

"It's sort of liberating. Its challenging, but you've just got to stay in the moment," she said to Barbara Walters of ABC News. Scarlett also spoke about motherhood and how her life has changed post giving birth to husband Roman Duariac's baby. She reportedly finds the whole new phase "overwhelming."

The "Don Jon" actress has not hired any nanny and is said to be taking care of the new-born all by herself. The actress is currently breast-feeding her daughter and is enjoying every bit of it. She even thinks that nursing is the best way to shed the pregnancy weight.

Scarlett's daughter name is Rose Dorothy. She was born in September this year. Before exchanging vows with Roman, the actress was married to Ryan Reynolds. They were married from 2008-2011. The reason for their break-up is not known. Scarlett has also dated Sean Penn and Nate Naylor in the past. However, both the relationships were short livid. The actress, who got married to Roman in 2014, believes that humans are not cut out for a monogamous relationship.

According to her, every relationship undergoes a rough patch but if you can work out and face the challenges then "it is really worth it." Meanwhile, in her other interview, Scarlett spoke about her fitness routine and how she has been working hard to keep her body in shape. The actress has been doing a lot of endurance, stability and strength training, according to Style.com. She has also tried Pilates and yoga.

Roman's wife may be a following a fitness routine, but she does not starve herself and savours French food. She loves to eat bread and pates but avoids cheese, reports the website. Apart from becoming a mother, the actress has also had a fulfilling year, as far as her career is concerned. She did some interesting films including "Chef," "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," and "Lucy." She will be next seen in "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
