So in order to better fit for her role as the "Black Widow" in the action packed superhero film "The Avengers", the actress went under serious diet and physical training.

She's already in shape but then, it's still challenging for an actress to fit and look good in a bodysuit. With regards to the need to tone up, the 27-year-old actress sought the help of trainer Bobby Storms and her stunt double Heidi Moneymaker. The secret to her svelte figure on screen is the sum of three fitness secrets. Circuits, combat training and vegan diet.

Storms who also trained the star for her role in Iron Man 2 said he used the same training program for the actress this time. The trainer revealed that Johansson did 90-minute circuit workouts multiple times a week. Storm kept the exercise varied by incorporation dumbbells, resistance bands and medicine balls.

Scarlett also went under combat training. During her first scenes, the star was seen fight against a mob of Russian syndicates. Moneymaker said they had about six weeks to prepare and used mixed martial arts in training.

And last but not the least, Johansson divulged in an "almost" vegan diet. To pair with her exercise routines Storms included a healthy diet plan for the actress which was mostly vegan. The trainer said the actress ate several small meals per day and matched it with her rigorous training.
