The Palins thinks the media is reacting to harshly to the Duggars, especially Josh Duggar after his previous cases of minor molestation were revealed. Sarah and Bristol Palin thinks Lena Dunham should be shamed as well and called her a pedophile.

On her blog, Bristol wrote that she cannot believe how selective the media is when it comes to reacting to sexual deviation cases. She believes Lena Dunham should have been shamed and “crucified” too as Josh Duggar because of the “sexual experimentation” she admitted to have done in her book, “Not That Kind of Girl.” “I can’t believe how crazy the media is going over the Duggar family compared to the big fat yawn they gave Lena Dunham when she wrote in her book that she sexually experimented with her sister,” the 24-year-old wrote on her blog.

Bristol added that the media is making her “wanting to puke,” because of how they praised Dunham for releasing an “honest and witty” book while making the entire Duggar family go through shame because of Josh’s doing. She said there clearly are “double standards” even though she said she is not siding with Josh. She also added that the media would just side with anyone who are considered “liberal” and continue to diss “conservatives” no matter what they do.

Sarah Palin went more direct and posted a Facebook message addressing Lena and called her a “pedophile.” “Hey Lena, why not laugh off everyone’s sexual ‘experiments’ as you haughtily enjoy rewards for your own perversion? You pedophile, you,” the message reads. Sarah also echoed what her daughter wrote about the media and politics. She added that while she is not defending Josh, or any “sexual predator,:” she is disgusted that the media would turn a blind eye to the wrongdoings of anyone who would abide with their “leftwing politics."

The mother-daughter duo is pertaining to Dunham’s book, where she shared some detailed accounts of touching her younger sister’s private part, bribing her to kiss her, and masturbating next to her sister, since they slept on the same bed when they were young.

The Palins were not the first ones to diss Dunham on her accounts. Kevin Williamson of the National Review, released an article slamming the Dunham and stating that had she not been from a millionaire family and have “Manhattanite social connections," she would have been taken away. Lena Dunham quickly defended herself on Twitter against the many critics she got then, saying she was a weird seven-years-old and people should not twist what she wrote.
