The San Diego Comic Con may be over and done but the hype from the recent event still hasn't died down. "Tributes" and "Shadowhunters" alike are in frenzy over the latest releases from "Catching Fire" and "City of Bones" respectively. For those who missed the grand reveal, here are the highlights of the San Diego Comic Con for "Hunger Games" and "The Mortal Instruments."

After months of waiting, Lionsgate finally reveals a few worthy scenes from the sequel to "The Hunger Games", "Catching Fire." Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson reprise their roles as Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark respectively. Joining the sequel are Sam Claflin as Finnick Odair and Jena Malone as Johanna Mason. In the latest trailer, fans have seen a glimpse of the Victor Village and a more brutal glance at Gale Hawthorn's whipping scene.

Suzanne Collins' novel turned film, "The Hunger Games" isn't the only book-to-film adaptation garnering hype nowadays. The latest includes Cassandra Clare's bestselling novels, "The Mortal Instruments." The first novel in the series of six books, "City of Bones" is also set for a film release this August 21, 2013. "TMI: City of Bones" stars Lily Collins as Clary Fray and Jamie Campbell-Bower as Jace Wayland.

A few trailers and posters have been released by Constantin Films but Lily Collins' tell-all at the Comic Con has made fans more hyped about the film. Other film adaptations that have got bookworms in frenzy include "Enders Game", "Maze Runner", "Divergent", "The Fault in Our Stars" and "Vampire Academy."
