There may be more debate to come on which smart phone to purchase now that rumors about Samsung's Galaxy S4 and Apple's iPhone 6 release started to surface online. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is reported to be launched on February 2013 while Apple could release the iPhone 6 on June 2013.

Peter Misek, an analyst at Jefferies, revealed some details about the upcoming iPhone 6. One iPhone 6 model reportedly has a redesigned 4.8-inch display similar to Samsung Galaxy S3 with a Retina + IGZO display as well as a new A7 quad-core processor.

On the other hand, Samsung may have also redesigned the Galaxy S4 smart phone for its launch after Apple's accusation of copying their style this year. Samsung may have enhanced as well their technology department on the Galaxy S4 to surpass Apple's iPhone 6.

At a recent Product-Reveiws Facebook poll of "Which of the two devices would you choose: Samsung Galaxy S4 of iPhone 6?," majority of the 22,000 fans asked picked Samsung Galaxy S4 based only on the brand name's reputation and Android since the true specifications of either device are still unidentified.

Apple has already taken gratification from their enthusiastic followers but they have never thought of boasting about their specifications. Meanwhile, Samsung depends on figures when they take to the stage the launch of their new devices then let them speak for themselves.

Now it is inevitable that upon the release of these two smart phones, they will be compared once again. Thus, the results will just boil down to gadget status and platform for the majority of the up-graders. iOs users will definitely want iPhone 6 while the Android aficionados will have their eyes set on the Samsung Galaxy S4.
