New rumours and a leaked video claimed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 will have an ultra-thin body and a laser keyboard.

In the video, the Galaxy S4 is presented as the GT-i9500, which makes logical sense, since the Galaxy S3 was the GT-i9300 (internationally). This depiction also shows off a device that is incredibly thin, looks a lot like the Galaxy S3, sports a 1080p AMOLED edge-to-edge display, 2.0GHz quad-core processor, 13MP camera, physical home button, and runs Android 5.0 (Key Lime Pie).

According to Doug Freedman of RBC Capital Markets, Samsung 2013 roadmap may include releasing the successor of the famous Samsung Galaxy S4 earlier than expected because of Apple's change of plans. In his note, Freedman also predicted that the Galaxy S4 could be released in February or March and publicly revealed at the 2013 Mobile Congress, which takes place in Barcelona, Spain.

Moving on to the rumoured specifications of the Galaxy S4, most of the talk about specs is now centered on a flexible, unbreakable display, although there are those like Freedman who both believe that such display technology may debut instead on the 2014 Galaxy S handset.

There are also reports that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be released in mid-2013 in line with the release of the rumored Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS.

It was previously reported that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will sport a 5-inch full HD display with full 1080p and a whopping 440 pixels per inch. The device will be powered by two quad core chips.

The Galaxy S4 might also sport a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, which will intimate other smartphones with 8MP back shooters.

The handset should come with a minimum of 2GB RAM, although there are reports that Samsung is testing an unidentified smartphone with 3GB RAM.

Samsung also began mass producing 128GB memory chips for smartphones and tablets earlier this year, and we could see storage capacities that high as early as next year. With this, the Samsung will continue its reign in producing devices with large storage capacity.

However, Samsung kept mum on the rumors surrounding the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4. There is no official comment from the South Korea's tech giant.
