It has been almost a year that Russell Crowe has gained a following over Twitter due to his extreme fitness regimen so as to shed off his unbelievable extra weight.

However, the 'Gladiator' actor was spotted still not so fit with his round figure. Compared to his previous 'chubby' look last year, anyone can say he has lost some weight. His recent tweet said, "Extremely short workout today, very sweaty though, push ups and prone holds, back, chest, shoulder routine out the door."

Crowe's workout has developed a following of fans who also are aiming to fight all the extra flabs. Everyone keeps on retweeting the actor's posts and they even ask him with regards to several techniques. The actor was spotted doing some LA shopping with his wife with a full figure too obvious to hide.

Russell Crowe has just finished shooting 'Les Miserable' and all set to play Noah in the film adaptation of the famous Bible story. Another of his co-stars, Hugh Jackman is also in the works of shedding some extra weight by hitting the Balinese gym to prepare for the movie 'The Wolverine.'
