The current women's bantamweight champion of the Ultimate Fighting Champion (UFC) is one person who never backs away from a challenge. Ronda Rousey is famous for taking successive fights that are just three months in between. The current champion would also dare get in a ring with a fellow fighter even if said fighter has some issues of performance-enhancing drugs in the past. She is also so headstrong that she is willing to take on all comers, but the queen of mixed martial arts (MMA) has drawn some lines.

She has long stated that she would not fight a transgender fighter such as Fallon Fox who recently called her out and challenged her. Now, she is also vocal about opposing a sanctioned fight between a man and a woman.

"I don't think it's realistically a good idea at all," Rousey said when asked about women fighting men during her appearance at "The Jim Rome Show." "Because MMA is already fighting to be accepted, especially with all the Ray Rice and all these things going on."

She explained that society might find it a turn-off to watch a man and women slug it out in television with all the domestic violence going on in sports. Rousey was quoted last month as saying that a different scenario would have turned out if she was the one with Ray Rice in the elevator incident. Yet, she can agree to a fight with a man only if it is in a gym setting where she is training.

Rousey's colored and long standing spat with fellow personalies specifically Miesha Tate's boyfriend, fellow UFC talent Bryan Caraway, has long been chronicled. Even UFC President has added fuel to the fire in the past by pronouncing that Rousey would beat boxing's pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr., if they were placed in the Octagon together. While Rowdy has also said that she would knock off Caraway, she admonishes anything that promotes a man hitting a woman adding that people will find a hard time seeing a man and a woman going at it in live television.

The current face of the UFC is currently busy with her training for the upcoming fight with number one contender Cat Zingano. If she emerges triumphant in her next defence, Rousey has reportedly agreed to fight again in March possibly the long awaited match-up with Cris "Cyborg" Justino.
