A new fan theory about “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” is focused on the possible release date of the next trailer. Fans also speculated on the amount of screen time that Darth Vader will get in the movie.

A video posted on the YouTube channel of Mike Zeroh analyses the release dates of some of the previous trailers. The second trailer of the upcoming film was released on Aug 11, which Mike points out is a Thursday. He remarks that the marketing team appears to love this particular day of the week.

Mike goes on to explain “The Force Awakens” trailer was released in late October in 2015. Since the first spin-off movie from the franchise also has a release date set in December, just like the J.J. Abrams movie, Mile expects the next trailer to be launched on Oct. 20, which is a Thursday.

The fan goes on to speculate that the tickets for “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” may go on sale as early as next month, just as they did for “The Force Awakens.” Mike expects some space battles, more footage of the main villain Director Orson Krennic (Ben Mendelsohn) and perhaps the most important piece in the trailer would be another shot of Darth Vader.

The previous trailer showed a very brief glimpse of Darth Vader. Mike expects the dreaded Sith Lord to have some actual dialogues in the next trailer. The character’s deep voice and mechanical breathing has made him very popular among the fans.

Mike also requested his viewers to speculate on the screen time Darth Vader will get in “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.” The character is expected to have a limited role in the film, and the fans believe that the Sith Lord will be seen for anywhere between 3 and 12 minutes.
