Robert Pattinson and Kristen are too loved-up after their much-anticipated reunion early this week that millions of fans are kept in the dark whether or not the Twilight lovers are attending the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards on March 23.

The Twilight lovers may have been slammed at the 33rd Razzie Award held on February 23 for receiving the Worst Actor and Actress Awards as well as the Worst OnScreen Couple award,, the KCA 2013 is a great change for the controversial couple.

Both are set to be recognised during the KCA awards ceremony hosted by hunk actor, Josh Duhamel at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California, at 8 p.m. E.T.

Robert is nominated for the Favorite UK Actor category. He will be battling against some of the English actors who have continuously established their career in the entertainment industry, both in UK and in Hollywood. Will his millions of Twihards give Robert enough votes to win against Daniel Craig (James Bond franchise) and Andrew Garfield (Spiderman)?

Robert had been a model and a musician before he made his name in the film industry. He flew to LA to launch his music career in 2007 and was about to give up on his quest when he received a call from the Twilight officials, asking him to audition for the role of Edward Cullen.

Robert Pattinson’s career has skyrocketed since then that even his fellow British model, Lucy Flower, could not believe it when she saw his name as part of the Twilight series in 2008. Flower is Robert’s first female partner in a photo shoot for an underwear in 2001. He was just 14 or 15 then. And now, things are what they say is history that continues to unfold.

Kristen Stewart, for her part, has also caught the attention of the organisers of the Kids’ Choice Awards for 2013. Unlike her British beau, Kristen has been nominated not just in one category but in two major categories: the Favorite Movie Actress category and the Favorite Female Buttkicker award.

In the Favorite Movie Actress award, Kristen is fighting for the title against Vanessa Hudgens (Journey 2: The Mysterious Island); Scarlett Johansson (The Avengers); and Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games).

The Speak star is battling against two other fellow actresses nominated in another category for the Favorite Female Buttkicker except for Vanessa Hudgens. In addition to going head to head with Johansson and Lawrence for the same films they were nominated for in the Favorite Movie Actress category, Kristen is pitting against Anne Hathaway to bring home the bacon as this year’s KCA’s buttkicker. Hathaway has been added to the list for her role as the Catwoman (The Dark Knight Rises).

There is still no word from both camp if either of the lovers or both of them are gracing the orange carpet at the Galen Center in the early evening on March 23. Following Robert's return from filming The Rover, the couple was last spotted attending a birthday celebration of Katy Perry’s assistant, Tamra Natisin, on Wednesday evening. The night before the birthday bash, the Twilight lovers were photographed with a fan, Lany, outside of Ye Rustic Inn Bar in Los Feliz near their home in Los Angeles. The photo was posted by an online skateboard gaming editor, Laura Austin.

The 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards showcases 22 awards and it is hosted by hunk actor, Josh Duhamel. Check out the complete list of nominees here.
