No on-screen couple could have done a better job as Edward Cullen and Bella Swan than Twilight lovers, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, according to a statement made by their co-star, Erik Odom.

Odom, who played villainous vampire in Breaking Dawn finale talked fondly of the on-and-off screen couple, Rob and Kristen, noting how perfect they are “two-gether” not only as Edward and Bella but as real-life lovers.

The Bureau star recalled during an interview with The Oakland Press, said MStarz how it was like to work with them on the set of the series’ final installment.

He said: "It was sweet to watch them together on set!"

The couple who has created a life on its own on screen has been a big hit for the fantasy film, embodying characters that have made them renowned international stars.

What surprised Odom was the fact that Robert and Kristen have remained grounded despite being at the center of fame-storm.

“I was surprised at how down to earth they were,” Erik noted.

The same observation was made by yet another co-star of the Twilight couple, MyAnna Buring. In a separate interview with OMG!Yahoo-UK, and as earlier reported by IBTimes-AU, the 33-year-old Swedish actress noted how “fame was never an issue on set – nor was it ever mentioned.”

She said: “I can’t even remember anyone talking about it. It was never an issue on set, no one could get on set,” underscoring how everyone in the Twilight ensemble felt no one was bigger than the other - - especially for Robert and Kristen.

Odom also said, "When [they got] together, it became bigger than anyone could have imagined.”

The star for To Hell and Back pointed out that while Rob and Kristen are truly an “awesome couple,” they too, are “cool people on their own, inside-out.

As if hearing what Odom and Buring had later said, the Empire Cinemas Alternative Movie Awards gave the Twilight lovebirds the ‘best on screen kiss’ and ‘best on screen couple’ awards for their roles in the final installment of the Twilight Saga.

Aside from Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, Odom also appeared on a number of short films, including A Gift Divine (2009), Standing Outside (2010). He also participated in a couple of television series such as The Bureau (2009) where he played a college student and Wicked Attraction (2009) where he played Cliff Sanders. Buring on the other hand has appeared on hit TV series, Downtown Abbey. She also starred in The Descent 2, among others.
