It has been claimed Kristen has struggled to move on since splitting from Robert, and was upset when he was romantically linked to Katy Perry and more recently Riley Keough.

"Kristen finally got Rob to agree to meet her. It's been an emotional few weeks for her, and she had been trying to reach Robert and arrange a meeting. She's been in a rough way, not coping with the reports of him dating her friends, and she told him she just needed face-time to hear from him what's been going on," a source explained.
