Chuck Lorre is reportedly trying to keep the hit TV series going and continue producing the "Two and a Half Men"… only, without Charlie Sheen.

Sources told TMZ that Lorre’s people at CBS have been conducting internal meetings to find ways on keep the show going. The CBS honcho is also reported to have been talking to “Parks and Recreation” actor, Rob Lowe.

And Rob Lowe is likely to be taken on board to be part of the “Men” family should talks go well. The CBS people added TMZ have been talking to Rob’s agent at William Morris-Endeavor.

But will Lowe consider the job?

The celebrity website noted however, that aside from working for other television show, “Parks and Recreation”, other big concern Lowe may have is growing up with the Sheen family.

Though no final decision has been made yet as who to replace the troubled Charlie Sheen, but the CBS producers are seriously keen on ‘keeping Men alive’.
