Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna want $1 million for their baby's first photo; other celebrities who made millions out of their kids' pics
A survey revealed the media are willing to pay upwards of $1 million for Rob and Blac's first baby photos.
Rob Kardashian is using his family’s name to make money out of his offspring with expecting mother Blac Chyna. It is reported that he wants to get $1 million for the first photo of his child.
Even though his sisters are always on the limelight, Rob Kardashian is still making money out of his family name as his future baby’s pictures could be worth a lot of cash. Rob and Blac are set on selling the photos of their baby to be to the highest bidder. It is said that they want to walk away with seven figures.
A survey asked some major photo agencies how much they are willing to pay for the pictures of the new Kardashian baby. Majority of the answers said they are willing to pay $1 million and above. However, the companies are willing to pay the price with a catch. The photo shoot should be an intimate one. It should be set in their home. The shoot would also include both parents. A heart-warming and touching interview should also be part of the baby package, Woman’s Day shares.
On the other side of the family, while Rob is keen on making big from his child, it appears that Kim has never sold pictures of her children. Looking back, it was Kanye West that shared the first picture of North. He did so on Kris Jenner’s old talk show. When Saint came, Kim and Kanye simply and freely shared the first picture on social media.
It has been observed that Rob has been in the shadow of his famous siblings ever since. However, he has been hogging the lime light and running the publicity machine lately, ever since things with Blac Chyna started.
Looking back, Rob is not the first celebrity to make cash out of baby pictures. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly earned $11 million for the first photos of twins Vivienne and Knox Pitt, Cosmopolitan says. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s children Emme and Max, who are also twins, got $6 million from People’s Magazine. Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves sold their baby Levi’s photo for $3 million. Christina Aguilera had a photo shoot with her new born Max for $1.5 million, Access Hollywood reports.
