Rihanna reportedly won't meet up with Chris Brown on her break from her world tour. The singer's reason? Brown's ''drama."

Rihanna wants nothing to do with Chris Brown. Although the 25-year-old singer is heading to Los Angeles on a break from her 'Diamonds' world tour, she has no plans to meet up with her former boyfriend - who beat her up in 2009 - because she is sick of his ''drama''.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: ''She's cool on all his drama. Nobody has time for that. Life is way too short, and it's just better to cut the losses now and move on.

''She's cool without him. She was Rihanna before him. No shade, but it's cool. She loves him and wants him to be great.

''Her relationship with Chris was good, bad, happy, sad, beautiful, and ugly. All that she had with him taught her a lot.''

While Chris, 24, was previously involved in a messy love triangle with Rihanna and his other former girlfriend Karrueche Tran, he recently insisted he needs some time for himself so has chosen not to date anyone right now.

''[Fans have] seen me on and off again with different girls, you know who they are, but right now, as a 24-year-old man, I just choose to be single!" says Brown.

''I'm still good friends with them. [Now] it's just me being focused with my music and doing this stuff. Right now, I'm in my prime.''

Rihanna said she had forgiven Chris Brown and that she still loves him. She called him her true love, and said she was worried after pictures of her beat-up face appeared, not wanting people to consider him a monster, but to realize he also needed help.

She explained how it took forgiving and reconciling with her father, who had abused her mother, to see her relationship with her ex-boyfriend with new eyes. She was then able to not only forgive him, but also accept her continuing love for him. Oprah said she was shocked to hear that, and I was surprised too.

Thinking about it though, She may have some other details she's not sharing that means what she's saying makes sense to her. Otherwise, how can she say, "We built up a trust again. And that's it. We love each other and we probably always will."

On the other hand, I had to respect Rihanna's eloquence and grasp of herself. Taken in a different way, her words could be the expression of a big heart, and a clue that she can forgive and forget, an admirable quality in anyone, and especially in relationships.

What is your take? Do you think Rihanna forgiving Chris Brown is a sign of strength of character, or is she just an unhealed victim of an abusive relationship?
