Guess what Riri fans, you can now take a closer look at the touring life of your fave R&B star.

Rihanna's 777 documentary film is a chronicle of the 25-year-old's 2012 world tour, with seven stops in seven days whilst promoting her seventh album, Unapologetic.

The film, set to air on May 6 on U.S. television, will feature performances and behind-the-scenes footage of the nitty-gritty of Rihanna's life on the road.

Fox, the network responsible for the film, said on Monday that Rihanna 777 will be aired as a one-hour special on their channel.

Aside from glimpses of Rihanna's life behind the cameras during the tour, the movie also includes footages shot on an aptly-named 777 jet used to transport the songstress, her entourage during the tour, and more than 250 journalists and fans that influenced her in many ways.

The conditions on the plane were said to be quite unfavorable, and according to the fans and media following Riri, it was by all accounts a mess.

Fox told in a statement that the film features "an inside look at the singer's ambitious and often turbulent tour, from the sound of popping champagne corks on the plane to the backstage chaos to the singer's special worldwide appearances."

Places included in the tour are Mexico City, Toronto, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London, and New York.

Last week, Rihanna had to cancel two of her shows in the tour, one in Boston and the other in Baltimore, due to a flu coupled with laryngitis. However, she was fortunate to be able to resume her Philadelphia performance, wowing the crowd with spectacular numbers, as if she didn't come from an ordeal.

Too bad the 777 film doesn't include the Barbados-born singer's recent bout of illness, because fans would surely want to see how the gutsy star handled that one.
