"Revenge" Season 4 is set to air an action-packed episode 12. The segment is titled "Madness" and is expected to be an explosive one. The show features some interesting twists and turns and see some major developments take place in the lives of Hamptonites. Meanwhile, fans must brace themselves to meet an exciting new character that is anticipated to add some drama to the ongoing storyline. Here are few spoilers on the upcoming episode of "Revenge" Season 4. Read on to find out what happens next. [Warning: Spoilers Alert!]

The last-aired episode delved further into the tragic death of Daniel Grayson featured during the midseason finale segment. The segment opened with some drama between Victoria and Emily. When Victoria saw her son lying dead in Emily's arms, she loses it all and lashes out at Emily.

Meanwhile, Kate received a message from Malcolm Black. David freaked out that they killed Malcolm Black's daughter. He knows that he is going to come after them for killing his child. Jack suggested everyone to cover up for Kate's death and make sure that Malcolm Black doesn't find out about it. As for Daniel's death, they fabricated a story that they staged during the investigation at Emily's manor. However, Ben wasn't too convinced with what was being told to the police about Daniel and circumstances of his death.

Police approached David and Victoria for questioning. However, David lied to Chief Alvarez and told him Victoria is not in a condition to answer his questions. As for Victoria, she protested against the cover up and lies they were telling about Daniel and his death.

Elsewhere, during the investigation, Nolan made it look like Kate was still alive and doing well on an impromptu vacation in Florida. Furthermore, Victoria confronted David when she found out that David stopped Charlotte's doctor for letting her come home for her brother's funeral. When Victoria got out of control and refused to "be a prisoner to his [David] lies", he retaliated. David, then, locked her up with Emily in the Grayson Manor.

When Margaux found out about Daniel's death, she paid a visit to Victoria. She cried in Victoria's arms and mourned the death of her unborn child's father. Meanwhile, Emily is called to the police station for further questioning. During the interrogation, Emily learned that Margaux is pregnant. She does not take the information too well. As for David, he took off to dispose Kate's body, safely.

On the day of Daniel's funeral, David made a jaw dropping confession to Emily. He told her that he was planning to kill Victoria. However, there conversation is cut short because it was time to pay tribute to Daniel. Towards the end of the episode, the show introduced Malcolm Black. The show's villain came looking for his daughter to Chief Alvarez claiming to be an FBI agent. Before he left, he killed Alvarez.

Moving on to "Revenge" Season 4 Episode 12 "Madness," the network has released synopsis teasing exciting spoilers on its official website. According to the report, "Emily and David turn their backs on the Hamptons for good."

As noted in the description, David is determined to "settle his debt to Victoria." It's time for revenge and it seems David would not spare Victoria. However, it's not going to be so simple for David with Malcolm Black entering the scene. As for Emily, she is assisting Nolan "with a takedown of his own."

The network has released promo videos giving a glimpse of Episode 12 "Madness." "I sacrificed my whole life for this moment," Emily tells David in the video published on YouTube.com by Television Promos.

Another trailer as published on TV Line reveals David's plan to kill Victoria. Is it really the end of Victoria's story? Meanwhile, be ready to meet Lyman Ellis (Sebastian Pigott), Louise's brother. As showed in the photos published on TV Fanatic, Nolan gives a warm welcome to the southern politician.

"Revenge" Season 4 stars Emily VanCamp (Emily Thorne), Christa B. Allen (Charlotte Clarke), James Tupper (David Clarke), Madeleine Stowe (Victoria Grayson) and more. Episode 11 (Midseason Premiere) "Epitaph" airs Jan. 4, 2015 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
