The editor from Ralph Magazine says that MasterChef judge Matt Preston is on the number one spot for being "pompous."

After winning the Logies, Preston received the "Wanker of the Year" award, an unusual addition to his growing list of laurels.

The sensational food critic beat the "cheating" Melbourne Storm management and Canadian teen pop star Justin Bieber on Ralph's annual 100 "wankers" list.

According to editor Santi Pintado, Preston was chosen because of his pompousness.

Pintado said, "Have you heard the way the guy talks about food? I think the guy needs to chill out and eat some cheese on toast once in a while."

"And he's everywhere, is there anything he's not selling at the moment, he's got CDs, cookbooks."

He received the wanker award a couple of weeks after snatching best new talent in the Logie Award.

"It's been a great year for him."

"I hope he embraces it, like Mark Holden did when he won the award," Pintado added.

Jason Coleman, the previous year's wanker, went down to number four.

Pintado said that Coleman slipped a few notches because not many people still watch So You Think You Can Dance .

At number seven is Opposition Leader Tony Abbott, one spot behind his rival Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.

Pintado mentioned that singer Brian McFadden asked to be placed at number 10.

Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull (18), the ShamWoW! guy (25) and Male Twilight fans (59) are also included in the list.

Radio personality Mike Goldman falls behind at 100.

2008 winner Kyle Sandilands did not make it to this year's list.
