Even if the male driver willingly allowed a Nashville woman to perform fellatio on him on June 15, Jonisia Morris, the female sex trade worker was still arrested for stealing the man’s credit cards while they were having sex. In the case of an Australian health care worker, he attempted to perform oral sex on a patient, resulting in him banned from practice.

Besides losing his job and being banned by the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal from practicing his profession, 32-year-old Christopher Paul Costello was also jailed for three months because of the sexual assault, reports Brisbane Times. He pleaded guilty to the charged filed by a 30-year-old vulnerable patent.

The assault, which included placing his mouth on the patient’s penis several times, happened on April 10 2013. The male victim, a married man, showed up for his regular health check at the Murri Health Group in Caboolture where Costello is an Aboriginal health worker, reports ABC.

Costello initially took a urine sample and the man’s blood pressure. When he noticed traces of blood in the patient’s urine, he asked the man to stand in front of him. That was when the health care worker placed his mouth over the victim’s genital.

He also explored the patient’s testicles, followed by the try at oral sex “with obvious attempt at stimulation,” notes the tribunal. When the patient protested and told Costello he is not gay, the health worker replied, “This is what I thought you wanted.”

After the incident, wherein Costello told him not to say anything about it, the patient informed his mother, Murri Health and police which led to the accused being charged with two counts of sexual assault on April 15.

Costello was initially sentence to an 18-month prison term which was suspended for two years after he served three months. On Thursday, the tribunal, prohibited Costello, who also suffers from post traumatic stress disorder when he was a child, from practice since there is a big risk he would harm again patients if he is allowed to resume his work.
