Hearing leaks and hints about the PlayStation Plus lineup the month before the actual release has become a common thing. Whether it’s clues from developers, sightings by fans or even teaser announcements by Sony itself, it has become a habit for gamers to look forward to a new batch of games for the following month.

For the PlayStation Plus March lineup, the new teaser comes from a developer affiliated with Sony. The hint was spotted by Gematsu via an official thread where developer Arrowhead Game Studios responded. According to the source, the studio has just announced “Helldivers” on the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita this Mar. 3 on North America and Mar. 4 in Europe.

Those are the only details included, which has then sparked on speculations that the game will be coming in as a free title as part of the PlayStation Plus lineup for March. This wouldn’t be surprising considering the timing of the release date. But as though quick to remedy the situation, an Arrowhead Studios further responded to what is supposedly the “ruined surprise.

“For clarification, I was making a joke about the price, not anything related to PS+ lineup,” said the developer over the Reddit thread.

In any case, this would be an interesting addition to the PS Plus offerings. “Helldivers” has been in the drawing board for so long, that fans can only expect that it has been polished to near-perfection already, unlike hastily released games.

One Reddit fan did make a good suggestion, if ever “Helldivers” really makes it to the PlayStation Plus as a free game. “And if it really is coming to PS+, then get some DLC there so I can further support you.”

Still, with February still a long way to its end, those in Australia have three games to look forward to playing, particularly this week. On Feb. 20, two games will be coming out on the PS4 in Australia, starting with “Dead or Alive 5: Last Round.” The title is using a new engine dubbed as the Soft Engine. According to Siliconera, this technology will allow the skin of the character to look their softest ever.

Also, the much-awaited and talked about “The Order: 1886” is also heading exclusively to the PS4 on the same day. Just recently, there has been a number of debunked findings about the title, predominantly about it having a very short gameplay considering the overall complexity of the game.
