Just recently, Sony revealed that it was making its own head-mounted 3-D player to rival that of Oculus Rift for gaming. A related device in the form of a 3-D wireless personal viewer has been released, and you can try it out for yourself--that is, if you have $999 at your easy disposal, as this is the cost of the device.

In any case, Joystiq reports that the 3-D viewer is already available for pre-order and has twin OLED screens, HDMI connectivity, a built-in battery, 7.1 surround sound and a lighter frame.

The headset can be used with a smartphone, tablet, PC or even consoles. How it works with Sony's consoles has not been detailed, but note that this device is not yet the promised virtual reality headset that is meant for the PS4.

Is 'Uncharted' Coming to the PS4?

Even though many fans have been waiting for the follow-up to "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception," the next game from Naughty Dog has not been confirmed to be part of the series. But it is definitely coming to the PS4 as a new game.

"While I don't know if their new title will be an 'Uncharted' game, but I do think that you can expect it to be for the PS4," said Chris Ashimine, who worked as a localization producer assigned to the "Uncharted" series, in an interview with Gamepur.

For now, a fourth "Uncharted" game has been expected, with a lot of hints already being teased. For instance, GameSpot has recently reported that Dominic Monaghan ("The Lord of the Rings," "Lost") revealed that he may be working on the "Uncharted" series project.

"The new Uncharted I'm really excited to see how that's going to be and obviously both new gaming systems," said Mr Monaghan in a conference quoted by GameSpot. This comes in light of no official announcements from Naughty Dog regarding a new "Uncharted" game.

Next Project from 'Beyond: Two Souls' Creator

The new game "Beyond: Two Souls" is already enjoying both positive and negative reviews, as it has already come out to the public and available for playing.

Despite some reviews calling the project as lacking narrative and barely an interactive game with less than meaningful choices, it seems that one important figurehead has been impressed enough by "Beyond: Two Souls." And the way Quantic Dream pushed the boundaries in the same fashion as the more successful predecessor "Heavy Rain" may continue on to the next project.

"So I visited David at QD's office in Paris, shared my honest feedback with Beyond, reassured how much I'm excited with his next project," tweeted by no less than Shuhei Yoshida, Sony Worldwide Studios boss.

In fact, not only Mr Yoshida but also a few Sony fans have replied to the tweet, voicing out their own positive comments about the game.

"The reviews weren't all terrible, sometimes people just don't understand art, whether the medium is digital or physical," said s8anic slayer @Big_Mitch77.

"Keep this type of games being made! Might let David get help with writing, but the unique type of games is a must for this industry," said xiked @xiked.

What do you think of "Beyond: Two Souls"? Is it at least half of what "Heavy Rain" was like?
