For the first time in four years, Lindsay Lohan is released from her formal probation. But as she delights in her newly given freedom, Judge Stephanie Sautner won't let her off the hook without some blunt advices.

Lindsay attended her final hearing wherein the judge will give the final verdict. The young star's face lit up as she heard the positive news straight from the judge. In addition, she also gave a few advices to the "Mean Girls" star.

"She didt it!" Judge Sautner excitedly exclaimed. "You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop clubbing and focus on work," the judge added.

According to reports by TMZ, Lilo who seems to see the judge as a mentor said she is planning to celebrate her freedom with her sister Ali over a quiet dinner.

"What you've done has really opened a lot of doors for me. I hope I see you again soon," the young star said to the judge.

Judge Sautner said that Lindsay is now free of official checks after she was able to comply with all her probation requirements, well that is if she stays out of trouble for the next two and a half years.

"Lindsay has closed this chapter of her life and is looking forward to the next one, which has gotten off to a great start with Glee and Liz & Dick. She is focused on getting back to work and is ready to dive right into her next project," a spokesperson of Lohan said on Mail Online.

Lohan personally called TMZ after her victory in court and shared only kind words to her lawyer and the judge. She also told how she realized her life was falling apart.

The informal probation she was granted will end in two and a half years, that is if she doesn't do anything to break the law. But Lindsay didn't seem to mind as she was clearly beaming with happiness even after she left the courthouse.
