After three years of walking down the aisle, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are celebrating their three years of marriage bliss with their first born Prince George. The royal couple is currently taking a break from their three-week, multiple-appearances-a-day tour of New Zealand and Australia, and spend their anniversary "privately," according to Daily Beast.

The handsome duo might also spend some time with the Middletons and "reuniting them with baby George to show them how much he's grown," the Mirror reports. "Nine-month-old George gained an "extra fat roll" on the trip, according to Kate, as well as a fuller head of hair."

This will be the first time that the pair is going to celebrate their anniversary with George since last year the couple were on their royal duties during their anniversary. The pregnant Kate spent the day visiting a children's hospice in Hampshire, while the Prince was in Wales on duty as RAF search and rescue pilot.

Prince Willliam and Kate Middleton became parents for the first time in July and welcomed a healthy baby boy into their renovated Kensington Palace apartment. Presumably exhausted from their trip, the couple made history as their trip was one of the longest, high profile overseas royal tours for many years.

Based on British tradition, couples exchanged gifts made of leather on their third wedding anniversary but the Duke gave his lovely wife a £3,600 Cartier watch-"embedded with a sapphire stone to match her Princess Diana engagement ring" - as an early wedding present, according to Daily Mail.

Duchess of Cambridge Hailed As Fashion Icon

Just in time for her third wedding anniversary, Kate Middleton was hailed as the "Duchess of Normcor" as she consciously sticking to her predictable style choices. Unlike any other royals, the Duchess avoids any overt fashion statement and even repeats her favourite outfits.

Kate who obviously prefers comfort over style makes her endearing to the public as she avoids fashion forward designs. With not so high heels, not too short skirts and high street flats for sailing; Kate is an epitome of a fashion icon.
