A co-owner of the Amaia Kids Boutique recently shared her experience meeting Kate Middleton. The Duchess of Cambridge was out looking for clothes for Prince George when she happened to choose some from the boutique.

The cute Christmas photos of Prince George that graced the cover of Hello US magazine feature the prince in navy corduroy shorts and socks. According to Hello Daily News, Kate Middleton herself picked out the clothes for her son at Amaia Kids Boutique, and its co-owner, Amaia Perso, recalled how nice the Duchess was when they met. "She is really lovely and a pleasure to help," Amaia said.

The Duchess of Cambridge was reportedly very knowledgeable in choosing what clothes fit her son. Perso recalled seeing Kate picking out the clothes herself, since she "knows exactly what she likes and wants for her son."

Perso recalled that she didn't notice at first that Prince George wore the clothes for his Christmas photos. It was reportedly only when she was out doing some food shopping when she saw the cover page of Hello US' sister publication in the UK. Perso admitted she feels very honoured that the Duchess of Cambridge had chosen her boutique and the clothes featured on the publication. "We are a small London-based brand and out of all the brands she could have chosen, she came to us," she told Hello Fashion in an exclusive interview.

Amaia Perso also couldn't be more delighted that the Duchess liked the clothes she bought. She also feels grateful for Kate Middleton supporting small businesses like her boutique. Per Hello Daily, Amaia Kids Boutique also has other celebrity clients including Victoria Beckham, Kate Hudson and Claudia Schiffer. Apparently, Prince George somehow became the boutique's brand image as the corduroy shorts and socks reportedly got sold out soon after people saw his magazine photos.

According to Glamour UK, the Christmas photos of the little prince were taken back in November of this year. It was shot in the courtyard at Kate Middleton and Prince William's home at Kensington Palace. Aside from the Amaia Boutique clothes, Prince George also wore a Cath Kidston sweater vest, which, according to Hello, also got sold out.
