Just as everyone thought that the hype about "50 Shades Of Grey" is dying down, Lucy Hale openly admits that she's on the "50 Shades" bandwagon, and is open to more than just reading the book!

Lucy Hale, 23, admits to reading the controversial novel by E.L. James, and is very much open to doing a role for the upcoming movie.

"I'm on 'Fifty Shades Darker.' I get flustered even talking about it, so yeah, I'm on that train.. People have said that, but people have also said [I could play] the little sister, which I think could make sense, because I look a little young for Ana, but God, what a big role to take on," she said. "I'm really curious to see how it's all going to [play out]." said the actress to MTV, as reported by Ocean Up regarding what role the "Pretty Little Liars" star could portray.

Best known for her role as Aria Montgomery in the hit series "Pretty Little Liars", Lucy Hale is also known for her roles in "Bionic Woman" as Becca Sommers and in "Privileged" as Rose Baker. She won the first and only season of the American reality show "American Juniors". In film, she has starred as Sherrie in "Scream 4" and played Katie Gibbs in the TV movie "A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song."

Even if she sees herself more as the little sister in the novels, Hale also tells MTV that she is ready to take on more mature and risky roles, but she still draws a line to her acting limits.

"I definitely am ready to take a step and do something a bit more risky, absolutely, but it's a fine line. I don't know what that fine line is, but I'm definitely ready to explore a darker side of my acting abilities." said the 23 year old TV actress.

As to whether she will allow her parents watch the movie, she says that they would banned. She explains that even though her mom is really understanding, her dad already reacts negatively even with the show alone, so she would rather not have them watch her if she does get the role.
