The "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is not just packed with a lot of Pokemons and Legendaries, it is also brimming with new features to aid trainers on their quest. The most recently announced feature is the Super Training. Apart from further letting your Pokemon gain more experience to train up, Super Training also offer, Super Training is one way to allow your Pokemon to grow in so many ways.

One of the ways is to raise their base states, which are the values that will aid in the overall computation of how the HP, Attack, Sp. Atk, Defense, Sp. Def and Speed stats will increase. This can then be gauged using the Effort-o-Meter. This feature shows the stats and ways on how a Pokemon may grow faster based on their species.

There are two parts to the Effort-o-Meter. The first is the interior, which represents stats that should appear to be the same for same species of Pokemons. The exterior part of the graph shows the gains in the base stat from Super Training and doing battle. Of course, continued does not necessarily mean continued rise in the stats because there is also a ceiling limit for the increase in base stats that Pokemon can have.

Super-Training Regimens is one of the bigger features of Super Training in "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire." Here, you will be facing off against a giant blue, balloon in the shape of a Pokemon. The aim is to fire shots at each other's goals while you train. This feature will make use of the Nintendo 3DS system's Circle Pad and Touch Screen as you aim to defend your goal from incoming shots while also attacking your opponent more effectively.

Just like any athlete or boxer, there's also Core Training that's complements the Super-Training Regimens. Core Training lets you earn training bags so that your Pokemon can do training on its own any time.

Apart from the new Super Training feature, the Pokemon Company has also released some new information for the Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Over at Serebii, trusted Pokemon source, the screenshots for the dual pack of the two Pokemon games has been announced to come to North America.

The offer is only exclusive to Best Buy and Amazon, and will contain "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" for only $79.98. The pack also boasts an included special serial code and two codes that will gain you 100 Potions each. These codes apparently mirror what's also coming in Japan. Expect the dual pack to debut on Nov. 21.

There's also a quick update for Australian fans of "Pokemon X and Y." It has been announced that those who possess the American, European or Australian version of the games, you can expect an online distribution of the special Super Size Pumpkaboo on Oct. 31.

This appears to be a Halloween treat for the game, as the Pumpkaboo is a rare Pokemon that will be hard to find in the main game on your own. The new Pumpkaboo is also rare because it possesses the Insomnia Hidden Ability, something that cannot be gained in the game.
