If latest reports are to be believed, “Pokemon GO” players have found all the current Easter Eggs. There are also reports that the game could soon be coming to Nintendo Switch.

There are many reasons why fans believe that the game is coming to the console. It has erased all distinctions between handheld and living room consoles. It can be used both as a portable device as well as a device that could be played indoors. Siliconera first reported Game Freak’s job listings for an RPG that’s popular on a global scale. It teased saying that everyone is aware of this game. This has led many fans to believe that it’s the Pokemon game the listing is talking about. The developer has also listed a job for a character modeller with working level experience for Wii U and PS Vita. All this points to Nintendo Switch.

There are also talks on Switch getting an updated version of “Pokemon Sun and Moon,” known as “Pokemon Stars.” The console needs more muscle after “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.” Pokemon games will fit the bill nicely. It is unknown if the Switch has the ability to become a virtual console, writes Forbes. If the Nintendo Switch news is true, fans can expect a lot of updates from Nintendo, the Pokemon Company and Niantic. Meanwhile, Niantic’s technical artist and designer David Hollin believes all “Pokemon GO” Easter Eggs have been found.

Hollin recently led the panel titled “Origins of Pokemon GO” at the Animation on Display convention in Santa Clara, California. The convention celebrated animation in all its forms. Here Hollin talked about gameplay and future developments. He revealed that it took only 40 seconds for players to discover that the Eevee naming trick can also be applied to Umbreon/Espeon, after Generation 2 was released. The Eevee trick allowed players to control how they would evolve their Eevees.

During another panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, Niantic CEO John Hanke teased attendees about numerous Easter Eggs hidden in the game. However, Hollins believes all the Eggs have been discovered. Of course, fans hope more such Easter Eggs will be added to the game. With the game always evolving, much like the creatures in it, there is no dearth of material to draw inspiration from, writes GameRant. Fans are also hoping that Niantic focuses on new gameplay features, like the much-hyped trading system.

Numerous new features have reportedly been planned already. The Legendaries are also coming to “Pokemon GO.” The game has already been downloaded over 650 million times since its launch. Thus, despite a drop is user base, things are looking positive for the game. Details about the recent panel discussion can be found on Reddit.
