Pippa Middleton Swept Off by Ex-Boyfriend at Gala [PHOTOS]

It turns out that the mystery man who swept Pippa on the dance floor in a gala was her ex boyfriend, Charlie Astor.

When the younger Middleton attended a boxing charity gala days ago was seen dancing with a "mystery man" instead of his boyfriend, Alex Loudon, buzz circulated as to who the dashing debonair was. It turns out that it was Pippa's ex-boyfriend three years ago, Charlie Astor.

Although people's eyes were veering towards the racy, sweet dance moves Pippa and Charlie did, Alex Loudon has nothing to be worried about. As it turns out, Pippa and Charlie remained good friends after separating three years ago, and Pippa is reported to already have engagement plans with her current banker boyfriend.

It was revealed in a report that Aston is related to Prime Minister, David Cameron's wife, Samantha, who is an Old Eton.

"They were an item about three years ago. The relationship was very much on a casual basis, but it seemed Pippa wanted more than he did. Charlie was never that into her but he kept seeing her because he thought she was fit" said a close friend in a report.

The source added that the break up between Middleton and Aston was allegedly egged by the publicity surrounding the Royal relationship of older sister Pippa to Prince William.

"Actually, he used to find her a pain in the neck because he felt she courted the publicity around her sister's royal connections. I think he found her desire for attention a bit much. He wanted a quieter life." added the source in the same report.
