Pippa Middleton has finally agreed to do her first TV interview on NBC's Today with Matt Lauer. The TV show anchor made the announcement on Wednesday morning, June 25, with Pippa Middleton in London where the interview will contain Pippa's life thrown into the spotlight for being the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.

Pippa, 30, appeared briefly with Matt Lauer who flew all the way to London to conduct the interview for a two-part segment. The TV anchor teased that the interview contains details on what it is like to be Pippa Middleton and the recent bike event that she participated in.

"These have been extraordinary two or three years for Pippa and she talks about that a lot," Lauer stated. It can be recalled that Pippa Middleton caught the public's eye during the 2011 Royal Wedding of her elder sister, Kate Middleton, to Prince William.

Matt Lauer's co-anchors in the New York studio watched via video how the TV anchor joked about flying to London in order to conduct his interview with Pippa. "I hate to say it but I was actually in America last week. Sorry," Pippa stated in response to Matt's protests.

Matt and Pippa had a little talk with a cup of tea while sitting at the outdoor table in a London garden. Pippa Middleton looked tanned in her low-cut white top, jeans and gold jewelry as accessories. Click HERE to see photos.

According to the Mail Online report, Pippa Middleton recently finished the 3000-mile charity bike ride called "Race Across America" with her brother James. The siblings aimed to cross through California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland in order to raise money for charity.

After completing the race, Pippa Middleton described the biking experience to be brilliant. Aside from biking, writing also keeps Pippa Middleton busy.

Pippa is still writing for Vanity Fair and she is associated as well with the supermarket Waitrose. Those who wish to view Pippa Middleton's first TV interview at NBC's Today with Matt Lauer can catch the two parts on Today when it airs on June 30 and July 1, 2014.
