People magazine held its first ever award show on Thursday in California. A large number of celebrities from Hollywood attended the event. Kate Upton, Jennifer Lopez, Kate Hudson, Amber Rose and more celebrities walked the red carpet . The editors of People and Entertainment Weekly magazines selected the winners from various fields. The recipients of the awards also had the honour to be the magazine's first ever award winners.

Jennifer Lopez won the People Magazine award for Triple Threat. The 45-year-old songstress won the gong for her achievement as an actress, singer and producer on ABC's show "The Fosters." The "American Idol" judge stunned everyone by her cleavage revealing nude jumpsuit [Check out her pictures in the slideshow above]. Sexy model Kate Upton was given the award for People's Sexiest Women Alive. Kate looked stylish in a little black dress and decided to hide her most famous assets -- her breasts -- this time. Actress Jennifer Aniston won the award for her role in "Cake." The 45-year-old actress was presented the Movie Performance of the Year award. She was given the award by her friend John Krasinski.
