A cabin in the woods is being built for “Outlander” season 4, a picture of which has leaked online. Production designer Jon Gary Steele commented on the photo and teased what Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire’s (Caitriona Balfe) home in America looks like.

A picture posted on Twitter shows the construction of a log cabin in the woods. There are no details about where this structure is being built. The post assumes that this is the new home of Jamie and Claire; however, Steele revealed that this not the home of the Frasers. The set may be used for another purpose.

As far as Jamie and Claire’s love nest is concerned, Steele teased that the Fraser home is “frikin beautiful.” The production designer asked fans not to tell anyone about this tease.

Replying to the post, many viewers complimented the production designer and his team, expressing confidence in his ability to deliver another range of stunning sets for the show. The TV series has won rich praise from fans and critics due to the attention to detail in costumes and sets.

Another leaked picture from the set on the same location, also posted on Twitter, shows the log cabin from another angle, where a different structure has been built. Will Jamie chop wood at this location in the next season? None of the cast members was spotted as the set is still being built.

Meanwhile, Sony Pictures TV congratulated the “Outlander” visual effects team for being nominated for the 16th Annual VES Awards by the Visual Effects Society. The episode “Eye of the Storm” has been nominated for the Outlandish Supporting Visual Effects in a Photoreal Episode category and the Outstanding Effects Simulations in an Episode, Commercial, or Real-Time category.
