César Domboy has shared two pictures from the “Outlander” season 3 set in South Africa, teasing the full costume of his character, Fergus, for the first time. The actor was previously seen in another picture that was shared by the cast members, but it didn’t show the costume. Meanwhile, a palatial house will be standing in for the Governor’s house on the show.

The first picture shows an extra relaxing at a beach in South Africa. A few boats and oars can also be seen in the background. The second picture is that of Domboy [Fergus] lying down, presumably on the deck of the ship being used for the show. [Update: This paragraph had previously mentioned the first picture to be that of César Domboy, which is incorrect. A correction has been added. We regret the error].

More pictures of the ship have been posted on Twitter. Some of the cast and crew members can be seen having fun between takes on the ship. Two ladies, one of whom appears to be cast member Nell Hudson (Laoghaire MacKenzie), can be seen doing the “Titanic” movie pose.

A behind the scenes picture from the production set of “Outlander” season 3 has also been posted on Twitter. The picture was reportedly taken by a crew member.

The production is quickly sailing through the final few episodes of the new season. Next in the filming schedule is the Jamaican Governor’s house. A picture of the building that will be standing in for this location has been posted on Twitter. The palatial white building is located in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Sam Heughan (Jamie) and Caitriona Balfe (Claire) should be filming at this location soon, if they haven’t already.

There will be 13 episodes in “Outlander” season 3. Most of the filming has been completed, including the post production work for some of the cast members. The main cast members continue to work in South Africa at the moment, and they will be done with their work in the country by next month.
