Filming of the Print Shop scene for “Outlander” Season 3 appears to be imminent. C-executive Producer Matthew B. Roberts appears to have teased a picture of the set that will stand in for the alley that leads to the shop.

“There's always a light at the end of the tunnel,” reads the cryptic message on Instagram. Most of the fans didn’t think much of the picture, as the producer has been sharing a ton of pictures from the set without spoiling any major plot details. The previous pictures were mostly of nature in Scotland and doors.

However, some fans were quick to see how the set has a stark resemblance to the alley that leads to the Print Shop in the book “Voyager” by Diana Gabaldon, on which the next season is based. The stone pavement and the old buildings on either side may be just the setting the producers are looking for the film the scene.

The Print Shop scene is so important for the fans that many have asked the writers not to change one letter from the book for “Outlander” Season 3. There have been some deviations from the books in the past, especially the parting scene of Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe), which led to some concerns.

The cast and crew now have a chance to once again win the admiration of the fans and prove why the show is so famous. Roberts has been teasing the preparations for the Print Shop scene for some time now. The design team has managed to get a working printing press machine ready, to get the authentic look for the set.

The first four episodes of “Outlander” Season 3 have already been filmed. So, the Print Shop scene will be featured in an episode after that.
