Pictures from the production set of “Outlander” Season 2 have leaked online, giving the fans a glimpse of some of the costumes that Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe will be wearing in the next season. Claire will be seen in a bright yellow dress, while Jamie will be back in his kilt.

The pictures posted on Twitter by Louise Marwick show some of the extras on the set of the TV series in Falkland. There is a sign put up by the filming crew that says that filming is in progress in the area.

Howe Crafti managed to take a picture of cast member Balfe (Claire) and posted it on Twitter. The actress can be seen wearing her Scottish costume.

A picture of Heughan (Jamie) posted on Twitter by Allison O’Neill shows the actor posing for the camera with one of the fans. The picture was apparently taken in late November or early December. The picture shows the actor in his kilt.

More pictures from the production set of “Outlander” Season 2 were posted online by Robbie Nellies. The pictures suggest that the cast and crew are now busy filming scenes of the main characters coming back to Scotland after their brief stay in France.

Jamie and Claire were both seen leaving on a boat to France towards the end of last season. They were accompanied by Jamie’s faithful companion Murtagh Fraser (Duncan Lacroix).

A new picture of Claire from “Outlander” Season 2 posted on the Twitter account of Starz shows Balfe wearing a bright yellow costume in France. The main plot of the next season revolves around Jamie and Claire trying to change history by infiltrating the inner circle of the Jacobite rebellion and stopping their plan before the Battle of Culloden takes place.
