The producers have shared a new picture of Murtagh from “Outlander” Season 2 online. The picture shows the character sitting behind a desk. Meanwhile, cast members Graham McTavish and Gary Lewis appeared in a new video to answer fan questions.

The picture of Murtagh Fraser (Duncan Lacroix) shows him with his hair neatly combed back and he is wearing a new costume that is more suitable while he is in France. The character appears to be writing something. “Murtagh is too loyal a lad to stay behind in Scotland,” the tweet with picture reads.

Meanwhile McTavish (Dougal) and Lewis (Colum) came together for a live chat with the fans on the official Facebook page of the TV series. The two actors thanked the over one million fans who are following the updates on the Facebook page.

The first question was about their favourite moment at the RingCon event. McTavish said that it was the dancing for him. Lewis, however, did not step onto the dance floor. Lewis’ favourite moment at the event was meeting so many fans personally.

“Outlander” fans from across the globe came to see the cast members at the event. People from as far away as Argentina, China, Japan and Germany were all there to support the show.

The two cast members were then asked about their favourite moment in the TV series. For McTavish it was in episode 14 of the first season, in which he has a scene with Caitriona Balfe (Claire) in the caves. “That was a great scene... because it was very much like doing a play,” McTavish said. Lewis did not reveal his favourite scene because it from the next season and the fans will have to wait for a while before being able to see it.

“Outlander” Season 2 is set to premiere sometime in April. The plot takes Jamie (Sam Heughan) Claire and Murtagh to France.
