The video of a scene from episode 9, titled “The Reckoning,” begins with Jamie wearing his kilt. The character is also arming himself with a sword and a dagger. Fans later get to see Fort William at the sea shore. Jamie and his friend force one of the British soldiers they capture into revealing the location of Claire after reaching the fort.

Jamie then goes to the top of Fort William and uses a rope to climb down the outer wall of the fort to reach the window of Jack Randall’s room. Seeing that his wife is in trouble, he quickly removes his pistol and reveals himself to the British Captain, pointing his gun at him.

Jamie’s rescue attempt may be a success, based on the official photos of “Outlander” episode 9. The photos of the next episodes have been posted on OutlanderTVNews, they show Jamie and Claire back safely to Colum and the others. There is also an image of Captain Jack Randall looking out in the night with his rifle by his side.

The character Ned appeared in the fifth episode of the TV series, in which Dougal was raising money for the Jacobite rebellion.

“Outlander” TV series will be returning to the TV screens after a gap of over six months. The next part of the season will focus on how the relationship between the newly married couple, Jaime and Claire, will develop.
