The biggest and grandest event in Hollywood has finally taken place at the Dolby Theatre. With over a thousand celebrities in attendance, the Oscars 2013 was definitely one star-studded event. For those who weren't able to keep track of the winners, check out the full list of winners here.

Seth McFarlane of "Family Guy" & "Ted" had hosted tonight's event which was televised in over 225 countries. Oscar 2012 winners namely Jean Dujardin, Meryl Streep, Christopher Plummer and Octavia Spencer had their turn to present the awards. The night's performers, Adele, Norah Jones, Shirley Bassey and Barbara Streisand definitely made the Oscars 2013 an event to remember.

"Harry Potter's" Daniel Radcliffe and Joseph Gordon-Levitt performed a hilarious dance and song number for the event. "Twilight" actress, Kristen Stewart was also in attendance despite wearing crutches.

As for the awards, "Life of Pi" made a clean sweep with the awards at the start of the show until the very end. Jennifer Lawrence's hilarious stage fall made her win for Best Actress even better.
