A new trailer of “Orphan Black” Season 4 was recently released by BBC America, showing more action compared to the last video.

The one-minute video started with upbeat music playing in the background. It includes scenes of guns, a C-4 and Sarah Manning (Tatian Maslany) asking why after she was thrown in the middle, the person she was talking to was just going to blow it all up.

The following scene featured a van cruising slowly through a deserted land. Its backdoors were opened by an unidentified person. The next scene showed Detective Arthur Bell (Kevin Hanchard) warning Sarah to watch her back, because it was the same ordeal that killed Beth.

Wired notes that afterwards, Mark Rollins (Ari Millen) was shown asking whether someone was asking for a doctor. The footage also showed body bags and files from the Dyad Institute that held information about various individuals. Alison and Donnie were also featured in their attempts to have a baby of their own, as well as Krystal, who appeared to be walking into a fertility clinic. The following scenes showcased timely yells, beats and claps and images of wrestling, nightclubs and homemade devices.

The new mysterious clone, M.K., was also spotted in the trailer, with her sheep mask. The brief trailer also hinted that Delphine may have survived the gunshot wound she suffered in Season 3, because her file described her as “suspended,” and not “deceased.” Overall, the new trailer provided more details on the upcoming season, and was obviously lighter compared to previous releases.

SlashFilm cited that in the season synopsis, Sarah will reluctantly come back home from her hiding place to look for the mysterious clone, M.K., who is connected to the clone that started everything – Beth Childs. Sarah is set to meet new horrors and challenges as she tries to get more information about her background and protect the sisterhood. Sarah’s old habits will also start to return and the sisters will find themselves being separated. There will be new characters as well.

“Orphan Black” Season 4 will launch on Apr. 14 on BBC America. More updates and details are expected soon.
